Description

Our kitchen is fully equipped to cook/bake for commercial use or if preparing for small or large off-site events! Our kitchen is equipped with a six-burner stove with an oven and two full-sized convection ovens. Additionally, we have available two commercial floor mixers (10 & 20 quarts) along with counter top Kitchen-Aid mixers and lots more equipment to cover all your cooking and baking needs... We also have an event space that doubles as additional kitchen and packaging space if not being utilized for an event. To secure the use of our space on a weekly or monthly basis, a Food Safety certification (ServSafe or NEHA) is required (we offer the SERVSAFE Manager Certification course if you or your staff need to be certified). If needed for a 4-hour period, we do require for the renting individual to have basic food safety knowledge and also knowledge on operating kitchen equipment. If long-term rental use is required, please secure any additional regulatory documents from the Health Department as needed to operate independently within our commercial space.

Pricing

Monthly membership rates available depending on equipment use, total monthly hours and utility usage.

Hourly/Day Rates:
$60/hour - 4-hour rental minimum
$450/ 8-hour rental
Studio Rental: Classes/Workshops/Events: $75/hour
