    We are a BBQ company specializing in smoked meats and scratch made sides. We have a large restaurant with kitchen space for companies looking for a shared kitchen. Great for a food truck, beverage company, or market vendor. This is not a retail location. The restaursant is open wed - Sun and closed on Mondays. We prep on tuesdays but are not open to the public. Members must bring their own necessary equiptment and smallwares, pots, pans, etc.
