We have a medium sized commissary that we are currently not using in Commerce, CA. It has 2 large walk-ins, plenty of storage space. Current equipment includes 6 Range Burner w/ Oven, 1 Deep Fryer, Prep/Work Stations. The hood line can be expanded to add more equipment if desired as we have moved some of our equipment out of the hood line.
We are looking for monthly renters (not interested in hourly rental). We are open to negotiations on pricing as we have not rented out our commissary before. We are nice and easy people to work with.
