Tenant is required to have the following before first rental:
1. Registered Business and Tax ID Number
2. $1,000,000 both general liability and product liability insurance with landlord listed as additional insured.
3. Proof of Workers compensation insurance
4. Proof of Licensing
5. Valid ServSafe Food Handler certification

Pricing

Tentative Catering kitchen by the hour:
$50 per hour. (4 hour minimum per shift)

Tentative Catering kitchen monthly packages:
$450 for 10 hours / month
$900 for 20 hours / month
$2250 for 50 hours / month
$4500 for 100 hours / month

Tentative Storage Fees:
Dry Storage: $300 / month (5' x 2' x 18")
Cold Storage: $300 / month (4' x 2' x 16")
Frozen Storage: $300 / month (3' x 2' x 21")

Cleaning Policy
Landlord reserves the right to hire a recurring Professional Cleaning/Maid Service if Tenant(s) are not keeping the Premises in clean/sanitary order at Landlord’s own judgment. This expense will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Would prefer monthly rentals and rate negotiable based on regular usage.
