We are a certified organic food manufacturer looking for another food company to share space in our 3200 sq ft facility in Goleta, CA. The agreement would consist of a monthly rental contract for an agreed-upon number of hours and include access to our equipment:

• Fryers (2) with Vent hoods
• Commercial Mixers
• Compressed Air
• Metal Detector
• Vacuum Bag Sealer
• Prep Tables
• Three-compartment Sink
• Cold Storage access to one walk-in cooler and one walk-in freezer
• Ice Machines
• Dry storage
• Outdoor storage
• Forklift and Pallet Jacks
• Pallet Wrapper
We are looking to work with companies that make plant-based products, preferably. We do not process dairy or animal products at our facility. You must be willing to follow our food safety and sanitation standards. You must obtain your own food processing permits, insurance, etc., following all Santa Barbara County and California State guidelines.
