West Village Kitchen Co. is a 4,150 sq. ft. facility offering a vast preparation area with working stations and tables, a production area, and lots of storage.

The kitchen is set up with top-of-the-line food equipment and appliances:

- Dough mixers
- 2 walking coolers
- Freezers
- And more to come. We keep improving the space and adding more to it.

By signing up with us, you'll be able to operate your business using the following amenities:
- Designated kitchen station with access to all appliances and equipment
- Storage in 3 temperatures: dry, cold, and frozen (you'll like our huge walking cooler!)
- Waste and garbage are taken care of (no small worries, always help)
- Effluent treatment (last-generation grease trap; we take such good care of it)
- Deep cleaning in the common area (but you'll clean your station ;)
- All utilities are included in the rent (water, gas, electricity, and sewer)

Pricing

Only $ 2000/month for a full-time use of the kitchen including dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage. Only a $500 security deposit! month-to-month lease

Renting an 800 sqft private fully equipped kitchen in our facility is also an option. In this case, we offer a standard commercial lease at $ 6,000/month
