We are the cleanest commissary in the area! This is a brand new state-of-the-art commissary and shared kitchen that includes shared cooking equipment, large 30-ft cooler, large freezer, 30 prep tables, 12 prep sinks, and multiple cleaning sinks. Plenty of shelves for dry storage and supplies. We will have 12 plug-ins for food trucks to use while at the commissary. We are approved by the Dept. of Health and Dept. of Agriculture.
Users will need to be approved as a member and pay monthly rates.
