CoMo Cooks Shared Kitchen is a commercial kitchen and food business incubator located on The Loop. We’re breaking down barriers to entrepreneurship and making it easier for everyone to start and grow their food-based business. Our mission is to provide accessible, inclusive, and affordable kitchen space for local food-based businesses, farmers, and small-batch producers.

Our kitchen has a base rate of $170/month for 10 hours of kitchen time and a $17/hour rate for additional time. We also offer a $700/month plan for 50 hours or a $1400/month plan for 100 hours--both offering additional time at $14/hour. We have a streamlined, low-cost option for seasonal processing, at low hourly rate of $17. No business license, no deposit, and no long-term commitment. Fees for additional dry and cold storage and for food truck parking.
