CookCollective Kitchen is a commercial kitchen offering weekly shift rentals for catering to food halls, food festivals, pop-ups, and small/start-up catering companies in New York City. Our goal is to attract a like-minded group of businesses working in the same area of the food industry in order to facilitate an empowering community.
CookCollective is open Monday - Sunday, 7:00am - 12:00am.
Before booking time in the CookCollective kitchen, businesses must complete the onboarding process including proof of application for a NY Dept. of Health H25 Entrepreneur Permit, insurance, and a New York City Food Handler's license.
CookCollective has 3 "tiers" of shift rates: "Clients" who book 1 shift per week will be charged at $235/shift. "Clients" who book 2 shifts per week will be charged $215. "Clients" who book 3+ shifts per week will be charged $195/shift.
Storage is billed separate and monthly. A security deposit is required at contract signing.
