TIER 1 — SERVICE & SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP - $99 + tax / month, Annual Contract Required
What’s Included:
✔ Health-department-approved commissary kitchen access
✔ Fresh water fill station
✔ Wastewater dumping station
✔ Trash, grease disposal & approved cleaning access
✔ Required commissary paperwork, logs & compliance documentation
✔ Pro-rated kitchen access at $25/hour (scheduled as needed)
✔ Reliable compliance support for inspections and permits
This tier is ideal for operators who cook primarily off-site but must maintain a licensed commissary relationship to remain compliant.
TIER 2 — DAILY / SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
DAILY (ONE-TIME RENTALS)
$35 + tax (4-hour minimum)
$50 + tax (4-hour minimum if not ServSafe certified)
Who This Is For:
Non-members, guest chefs, pop-up vendors, or event-based food operators needing short-term licensed kitchen access.
Rental Terms:
• Renter may be licensed & insured or unlicensed/uninsured
• If renter is not licensed and insured, Cook-N-Go Kitchen staff must be present during the reservation to maintain compliance
• Kitchen may be used for on-site events or off-site production
SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP
$149 + tax / month
No Contract — Month-to-Month
What’s Included:

• Additional kitchen time: $22/hour
