Description

Cooking Connection is a unique space in that it is a shared, licensed production space that also provides brick and mortar retail. What good is producing products in licensed space if you then have to sell out of the trunk of your car??

We currently have 4 regular, non-competing businesses operating in the space and open the space up for daily, hourly and for the right business, monthly rentals by start-up food operations. We work with start-ups in our supportive environment to develop your products, packaging, customer base, and we say that nothing makes us happier than a start-up doing so well that they outgrow the space and have to get into their own space!

We also open the space up for parties, tasting dinners, product launches, etc. as we have a versatile party space that allows us to accommodate a number of set-ups.

In addition to our fixed space, we do have a mobile food cart available that allows businesses to go out to support events, festivals, fairs, etc. - a great way to get your brand out there!

Our space is licensed by both MDARD and KCHD to accommodate a multitude of business operations. We can arrange hourly, daily or monthly access with 24/7 access.

We are located on busy West River Drive in Comstock Park - easy access to area highways (great for a business that has to do deliveries) with plenty of FREE parking. Come get connected at Cooking Connection!

Pricing

For occasional users = $25 per hour, $75 per day. Monthly rates are based upon access requested, footprint and utility usage and vary from $200.00 per month and up. Monthly/Contracted users will have keypad access for 24/7 use and will have allocated dry and refrigerated storage space. Parking is FREE.
