Kitchen Rental Fees
The kitchen users share the cost of the kitchen, including management and maintenance and utilities. Categories of use are broad to allow for changing business needs while also being fair to other users.
Rates based on hours of use during each month and apply to the Coos Bay Commercial Kitchen only.
Tier 1 0-10 hours per month……$160/month
Tier 2 11-20 hours per month……$300/month
Tier 3 21-30 hours per month……$450/month
Tier 4: 31-40 hours per month…….$575/month
Tier 5: 41-50 hours per month……. $650/month
Tier 6: 51-60 hours per month……. $825/month
Tier 7: 61-70 hours per month……. $975/month
**Overages are charged at $17/hour
Miscellaneous other fees:
• Dry storage metros (3-5 shelves) - $30/month
o Half shelf is available for (2-3 shelves) -$15/month
• Refrigerated shelf - $20/month
• Freezer – $20/month per shelf
• Electrical Surcharge - $15-$20 per month per appliance plugged in using constant energy
