Our 20,000 square foot, purpose-built building features 5 commercial kitchens and bakeries with a central location that has easy access to both I-5 and I-405 in Tukwila, near SeaTac airport.
Our clean facility is home to a variety of Food trucks, Farmer’s Market Artisans, Bakers, Meal Delivery Companies, R&D labs and Ghost Kitchen spaces for already established restaurants and franchises. The fully equipped kitchens feature 24-hour secured access, full time porter services, food truck parking, and refrigerated and freezer storage.
Our shared Commissary Kitchens use agreements are on a month-to-month basis, we offer fair and competitive rate plans based on needed days and hours per week.
