CuliNex Kitchens was founded in 2017 as the premier shared commissary kitchen space in the Seattle metropolitan area. Our 20,000 square foot, purpose-built building features 5 commercial kitchens with a central location that has easy access to both I-5 and I-405 in Tukwila, near SeaTac airport.
Our clean facility is home to a variety of Food trucks, Caterers, Farmer’s Market Artisans, Bakers, Meal Delivery Companies, wholesale producers, R&D labs and Ghost Kitchen spaces for both new & established restaurants and franchises. The fully equipped kitchens feature 24-hour secured access, full time porter services, parking, Ice machine, dry, refrigerated & frozen storage.
Our shared Commissary Kitchens use agreements are on a month-to-month basis, we offer fair and competitive rate plans based on needed days and hours per week. We also offer full, 1/2, and 1/4 long term kitchen leases as available.
