DaVinci's Pizza in Akron is open 4pm-3am M-Friday. We are seeking someone to rent out our space during the Breakfast/Lunch hours. Anytime from 4am-3pm. We would allow full access to the kitchen/space for another restaurateur to operate during these times. Ideal for a breakfast/lunch/bakery business. We have a commercial conveyor-belt oven, fryer, panini press, walk-in cooler, prep tables, three-compartment sink, and various kitchen dishes supplies that are also available for use.
Pricing available at $100 per day, or can negotiate a monthly rate.
