    Hi, We have a fully operating kitchen with hot and cold stations available for use during our off hours 7am-1pm and cold station avalible longer. In a pinch we can accommodate later use of kitchen depending on our work load. We have everything you should need for most of your projects including utensils, stockpots, mixer, 2 convention ovens, two flat tops and two fryers. Please call for a apointment to see kitchen to make sure it will meet your needs.
