* Copy of general liability/product liability insurance. Alternatively, we can help you get insurance at an approximate cost of $499 for 1-year coverage.
* Food handler/manager certification
* Menu or list of products prepared in the kitchen
* Minimum $500 deposit or 1-month deposit for subscription plans
We also provide consultation for new and upcoming Chefs who are willing to put in the weekly commitment for meal prep, cooking classes, and/or packaged goods. MUST be able to satisfy user prerequisites listed above.

* Complete exclusive rental of the kitchen (24 hours): $360/day (Weekly rate available)
* Non-Subscription Kitchen Use: 4 hours of kitchen time for $120, Each additional hour is billed at $25.
* Prep work only (No use of appliances): 6 hours kitchen time $150. * Each additional hour is billed at $25.
* 6-month and 3-month subscription plans available upon request.
We provide FREE local and social media product marketing if the necessary information is shared as per our requirements.
***Cleaning charge of $100 will be applicable if the kitchen is not completely cleaned and sanitized after each use. ZERO TOLERANCE on cleanliness.
