Eastside Commissary Kitchen

We are a fun small business driven Commissary Kitchen that focuses on providing a clean, safe, and open working environment for all business owners and chefs. ECK has a great hybrid environment that allows FULL RESIDENCE with private table, workstation, and designated space, along with more short-term goal punching rotating table/workstations.

This space is perfect for any bakers or dessert chefs. We do not accept fried foods or food trucks. This allows the working kitchen filled with only one type of smell, baked goods.

We also have walk-in freezer, walk-in fridge, handful of mixers, blenders, ovens, table space, and even a retail front to take advantage of.
