Description

An independent living facility catering to residents aged 62 and above or those who have a disability is in need of a caterer. The agreement entails preparing meals for at least 50-60 residents three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m.), catering for one monthly resident event and selected holidays. The lessee, as part of the agreement, must submit their 2024 business tax return to show income of at least $2,500 per month. The lessee is responsible for purchasing the food. As part of the agreement, the lessee will also have free access to a fully equipped catering kitchen and office space. Interested individuals must possess a Virginia-specific catering license. ALL INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT KITCHEN.
