General Policy

1. Must bring your own equipment, utensils and cleaning material. If you want to leave it in the kitchen, the
kitchen space will be charged monthly.
2. Must clean and organize the kitchen during your shift.
3. Get one key and if needed one gate entrance. If you lose the key, a replacement fee will be charged
$10.
4. The lease agreement is for a year, with a 90-day notice for cancellation or it will be automatically renewed.
5. Unused days or hours do not roll over to the next month.
