Description

Essential Commissary is a shared use commercial kitchen with parking for food trucks centrally located in Cincinnati close to I-75. Essential Commissary has 8,000 square feet of storage, preparation space and cooking equipment available to all members.

Scheduling and billing are handled through The Food Corridor. Members can reserve storage, prep space and cooking equipment based on their schedule and needs. The facility is open to members 24/7 with controlled access doors and video surveillance both inside and outside.

The monthly facility fee covers the cost of supplies and operating the commissary. All members have access to dishwashing sinks, cleaning supplies, trash and grease disposal.

The monthly storage fee is based on the amount and type of storage you need.

The kitchen rental is an hourly fee based on the number of hours you schedule at a cooking or prep station. The kitchen is equipped with:
- 6 burner gas range with a griddle/broiler and two standard ovens
- 6 burner gas range with a char-broiler and one standard oven
- Double deck gas convection ovens
- Two gas fryers
- Prep tables

Food trucks have access to potable water and grey water disposal.

A $300 refundable security deposit reserves your membership in the commissary. During the onboarding process, members must to provide a Certificate of Insurance, ServSafe certification, business license, and a signed user agreement.
