Description

We are a small commissary kitchen geared towards food trucks, trailers and hot dog carts. We do not currently have any cooking equipment and offer prep space, refrigeration, and freezer storage. Please contact the Durham Health Department to see if our kitchen will meet your needs.

Pricing

$250 per month for hot dog carts and businesses that go through the Department of Agriculture. $350 per month for food trucks and trailers.
