Our kitchen is the best (one of only 2) in all of Rowan County. We are located in small town Rockwell, NC. We work to achieve a close, family like relationship with our clients and their businesses. We offer 24/7 availability in a well lit comfortable and roomy commercial kitchen. A lounge area and SmartTV is offered in main work areas for a relaxing atmosphere. We offer paperwork assistance for all applications, certifications and permits. We have extensive security systems in place for the safety of our clients and their. Our staff is available for all types of assistance and information. Extra Parking and storage areas available for equipment, materials/supplies, perishables, even if needed temporarily. Food Factory works to assure success for all. We grow together. Other services include hot water power washing, maintained and continuously updating event boards and networks working as a team to provide events to our clients and customers at our events.

Pricing

$450 monthly. (with a one year lease signed) First and last months rent and a $250 refundable damage deposit required.
No lease: $550 monthly with two months up front and $250 damage deposit.
These plans are available until Oct. 2023. Prices may change slightly at that time. NoHourly rates not available at this time. Pop-up kitchen and direct sale from Food Factory is in the planning stages at this time.
