Foodworks offers a community rental kitchen that can be rented by the hour as well as walk-in cooler, freezer, and a larger warehouse for dry storage. We also have 18 individual kitchen spaces. The rental kitchen comes equipped with commercial stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of stainless steel tables, and all of the required sinks.
Community Kitchen Rates:
Tier 1 (1-5 hours per month) $21/hour
Tier 2 (6-15 hours per month) $17/hour
Tier 3 (16-25 hours per month) $15/hour
Tier 4 (25+ hours per month) $13/hour
Plus $90 per month Common Area Maintenance Fee and Water charge based on usage
