Foodworks offers a community rental kitchen that can be rented by the hour as well as walk-in cooler, freezer, and a larger warehouse for dry storage. We also have 18 individual kitchen spaces. The rental kitchen comes equipped with commercial stove, oven, mixer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and steam kettle, \ plenty of stainless steel tables, and all of the required sinks.
Community Kitchen Rates:
Tier 1 (1-5 hours per month) $20/hour
Tier 2 (6-15 hours per month) $16/hour
Tier 3 (16+ hours per month) $14/hour
Plus $82 per month Common Area Maintenance Fee and Water charge based on usage
