Fork Food Lab is Maine's only food business incubator and largest shared manufacturing and processing facility located in South Portland, Maine. Fork Food Lab is a membership based kitchen, offering a variety of month-to-month membership options. Whether you’re starting a brand new business or relocating an existing one, Fork Food Lab is a low risk/no contract option for hosting your consumer packaged goods, catering, mobile food projects, one time rentals, group tours, and special events. We also offer 1 and 2 year lease agreements for Dedicated and Private Spaces. We are currently in a capital fundraising campaign to finish building a Produce Processing and USDA certified Meat Manufacturing facility, Event Space, and Teaching Kitchen.
