Description

Large professional kitchen/bakery in Brooklyn available for evening/overnight rental, approx 6pm to 4am.

$32/hr; Includes use of:

All kitchen equipment: 6 x Blodgett bakery depth convection ovens, cooling racks, 2 x induction burners, 1 x 30 qt floor mixer, microwave, standard dishwasher and sheet pan dishwasher

Sheet pans (full and half size), metal mixing bowls, pots and pans and small utensils (no cambros or fish tubs)

A limited amount of dry and refrigerated/freezer storage, tbd. Renters own containers must be used for storage.

A limited number of side towels per shift

Cleaning products (soap, sanitizer, mop/brooms, trash bags) and trash removal (end of shift cleanup by renter required)

Not included: Cling film/aluminum foil; parchment paper or any paper goods; cambros; aprons; immersion blenders, kitchenaid mixers; any ingredients belonging to host kitchen
