    Our rental virtual kitchen is very clean, we are in compliance and we are located in a desirable and up and coming neighborhood.
    Our kitchen is safe. Our monthly rent is $6k plus utilities and we are looking for someone who is in need of kitchen space.

    We are currently paying $6k per month plus electric and are over our heads with expenses. We are looking for someone who is fully licensed in all necessary capacities required to run a restaurant business. Someone who is looking to share our space with us outside of our normal business hours.
