Hello! We are a relatively new bar in Kenosha (opened September 2024) with a large, fully equipped kitchen. The space was previously a fine dining restaurant, so the kitchen and storage areas are larger than our current needs, making it perfect for additional vendors.

The kitchen is approx. 400 sq ft, Health Department approved and inspected and comes equipped with:

- Two deep fryers
- Six-range gas stove with flat top
- Convection oven
- Dish pit with working dishwasher
- Walk-in cooler (plus the option to bring an upright or chest freezer)
- One upright two-door cooler in the upstairs kitchen

We also have two large basement spaces for dry storage, ideal for racks, shelving, or additional equipment.

This space works well for caterers, food trucks, and other food vendors for prep, storage, or occasional pop-ups. We are flexible with leasing depending on how many hours you need and how you envision using the space.

We also enjoy promoting our vendors through our marketing channels and including them in special events at the bar as opportunities arise.

Ideal for vendors needing consistent access and full kitchen support. Anchor tenants also enjoy included trash and oil disposal, monitored parking (limited availability), and other benefits.

-- Hourly Kitchen Access (Flexible / Occasional Use) --

- $30/hour for the kitchen
- Perfect for vendors who only need occasional prep or want to combine with storage-only options
- Kitchen time is booked subject to availability

-- Dry Storage Only (No Kitchen Access) --

- Basement shelving starting at $50/month per 4′ × 2′ shelf unit
- Full racks available for exclusive use (4′–6′ wide)
- Walk-in cooler shared shelving available starting at $60/month per shelf
- General equipment storage (small non-rack items, e.g., prep tables, tray coolers, or other kitchen equipment) available starting at $40/month per ~8 sq ft footprint
- Storage-only rentals do not include kitchen access, though hourly kitchen use may be booked separately

- Small chest freezers or upright fridges (tenant-owned or house units) may be stored for an additional fee, subject to approval and labeling
- Utilities and power usage are included in the fee.
