We offer a fully licensed commercial kitchen space available for rent monthly during our off-peak times.

This is the perfect solution for bakers looking to scale up production, food trucks needing prep space, or entrepreneurs preparing for farmers' markets and pop-up events.

​What We Offer:
You will have access to our professional facility, including prep tables, commercial mixer, utensils, and our commercial ventless electric oven. We also offer a heat sealer, making this a great space for packaging products, assembling event arrangements, or even for florists needing large workspaces.

​Important Note:
This rental includes the use of the space, license, and equipment only. Renters must provide all their own ingredients and packaging materials.

At the moment we do not offer storage space for rent, but that may change in the future, depending on the demand.

​House Rules & Requirements:

​Sanitation is Mandatory: You must return the kitchen to the exact state you found it in. This includes washing all utensils and bowls used, wiping down prep tables, cleaning the mixer, and sweeping/mopping the floor before your rental time expires.

​Mall Access Protocols: Because we are located inside a mall, strict adherence to security protocols regarding entering and exiting during off-hours is required. Detailed entry instructions will be provided once you decide to work with us.

​BYO Ingredients Only: Please remember that while you have full access to our equipment (mixers, oven, sealer, etc.), Maggie’s Munchies ingredients and packaging supplies are strictly off-limits.

​Respect the Clock: Please ensure your booked slot includes enough time for both your setup and your cleanup.

Pricing

Single 5 hour shift per month - $125 ($25/hr)

Two 5 hour shifts per month (10 hours total) - $240 ($24/hr)

Three 5 hour shifts per month (15 hours total) - $330 ($22/hr)

Four 5 hour shifts per month (20 hours total) - $400 ($20/hr)

At least 1 package must be purchased.

If you purchase 6 months in advance to secure your space you'll receive an additional 20% off the total package amount.

Each additional 5 hour slot - $100/ea.

1on1 mentoring session with kitchen business owner - $100/75 minute session
