Pricing

Long-term: $2,000/month (flat rate fee) for 6 month lease
Short-term: $20/hour

Rent rate pricing covers kitchen rental, water, gas, electricity, internet, trash, as well as personal refrigerator, freezer, and storage fee

Electricity, gas, and internet billed separately (Utility bills divided in half per business)
1 year lease minimum

Or

$1,800/month flat fee which includes all utilities
