The shared commercial food production kitchen at Fulton Commons provides prep space, commercial equipment, storage space and more for entrepreneurs launching or growing their food business. Kitchen members at Fulton Commons include bakers, packaged food products makers, prepared meal companies, early-stage caterers, and food trucks/trailers.

In addition to providing space, we actively manage it so that you can focus on the core aspects of your business. We provide utilities, common cleaning, equipment maintenance, etc., removing a huge financial and operational burden from what’s otherwise involved with running a kitchen.

Pricing

We’ll provide more details on pricing when we chat however there is a base monthly rate with each membership plan, which starts at $900month—food trucks $950—for core membership and $1800/month for premium membership. Core members have one dedicated prep station and premium members have two prep stations alongside additional benefts. Prep time is unlimited. In select instances, a business might have unique needs not already built into one of our membership models which we are happy to discuss on our call.
