Fulton Commons is a professionally managed, health-department–licensed shared commercial kitchen in Pittsburgh’s North Side. The kitchen serves food businesses that need reliable production space without operating their own facility, including bakers, caterers, packaged food producers, prepared-meal businesses, and food trucks.

Access expands over time. Members begin with scheduled access and move to 24/7 access once systems, workflows, and compliance are established. This phased approach allows businesses to start production while maintaining consistent standards and a well-managed kitchen environment for all members.

Membership options are designed around how businesses produce, with plans ranging from access-focused memberships to higher-capacity options that include dedicated prep stations and expanded workspace. Dedicated dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage is available, and shared cooking equipment is scheduled to support predictable production. Premium Membership — starting at $1,999/month
Unlimited prep time, two dedicated prep stations with built-in dry storage, a dedicated speed rack or mobile drying rack, and access to shared commercial cooking equipment.

Food Truck Services — $50/month
Add-on for food truck and trailer operators. Includes grey water dump, outdoor fresh water access, and unlimited ice.

Dedicated storage is available based on availability and billed monthly according to the amount reserved.
