Wine and Beverage Policy: To protect our floors, which stain easily and are costly to restore, only white wine and liquor may be served. Red wine and other staining beverages are not permitted. Any stains resulting from a violation of this policy will incur a cleaning fee, billed at cost or deducted from the security deposit.
