CFEC is located in the historical George Washington Carver Regional High School. The school and property are now called The Carver Center. Once completed, the site will offer space for the following activities: food business incubators, food processing and co-packing, job skills training, and community food assistance.

The facility is 6200 sq. feet, including kitchen, office, storage, and shipping and receiving.

Three spaces are now available for rent.
The main kitchen has two stock pot burners, a 10-burner gas range, a dual oven, large stainless steel prep tables, fridge/ freezer access, and all the cleaning supplies needed.

The bakery has a full-sized, double-stack electric convection oven, large stainless steel prep tables, speed racks, baking sheets, a 20-quart mixer, fridge/ freezer access, and all the cleaning supplies needed.

Anchor Tenants- Priority on booking, and 30% off time/ services.
Full time Tenants- 20% off time/ services.
Part time Tenants- 10% off time/ services.

Additional discount to new businesses of 5% off!
Users with 30% or more of local food get 10% off!
