Description
CFEC is located in the historical, segregated George Washington Carver Regional High School. The school and property are now called The Carver Center. Once completed, the site will offer space for the following activities: food business incubators, food processing and co-packing, job skills training, and community food assistance.
The facility is 6200 sq. feet, including kitchen, office, storage, and shipping and receiving.
Our first main kitchen space is available now! The space includes a 10-burner stove top and oven, four stainless steel prep tables, a three-compartment sink, a walk-in freezer and refrigerator, and an ice machine. We also have an equipment library with kitchen scales, bowls, cutting boards, dehydrator, and much much more!

We offer 3 tiers of user membership.
Anchor Tenants-
For 30 hours pay $525/ month.
Priority on booking, and 30% off additional time/ services.
Full time Tenants-
For 20 hours pay $400/ month.
20% off additional time/ services.
Part time Tenants-
For 10 hours pay $225/ month.
10% off additional time/ services.
Additional discount to new businesses of 5% off!
Users with 30% or more of local food get 10% off!
We offer custom plans for folks as well, with hourly kitchen rentals starting at $25/ hour. Please see our website for a complete listing of pricing, services, and equipment.
