Welcome to Ghost Chicken Commissary Kitchen - a family run business located in Southwest Louisiana close to the Texas border! Ghost Chicken provides two large commercial kitchens with equipment to supply caterers, bakers, virtual kitchens, pop-up kitchens, satellite kitchens, bulk meal preppers, and instructor led culinary classes just to name a few! Rent our kitchens for your next gathering or event. Ghost Chicken is unique in Southwest Louisiana with restaurant and/or event seating for up to fifty people. With easy access to our commissary kitchen, Ghost Chicken provides ample space for Food Trucks to get permitted and permanent parking is available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Pricing

Ghost Chicken charges a flat $20/hour for kitchen rental with a minimum three-hour booking. Storage pricing is $25 for dry storage, $30 for cold/frozen storage per month - if storage is available. Food Trucks fees are $300/month with a one-time $200 kitchen access fee. Caterers are a one-time $200 kitchen access fee.
