Shared use commercial kitchen in the heart of downtown Casper. We offer cold storage, dry storage, time in the commercial kitchen (even though it is called shared use, you will be the only one using it for your times selected), and storefront opportunities in the adjacent food hall.

Our equipment is available to use with your kitchen rental. Equipment includes 10-top gas range, flat top grill, steam kettle, NSF microwave, electric convection oven, Hobart HCM450-62 food processor & mixer, vegetable slicer, standard food processor, blender, and full dish pit. Plus use of all of the pans, pots, smallwares, knives, cutting boards, and other small wares.

Because it is shared use, the usual consumables (sanitizer, mop heads, rags, etc.) are also taken care of for your use.

All of this is included in the fees for kitchen use.

Finally, we have a Chef on staff - whose degree in culinary arts and extensive background in large and small kitchens, entrepreneurship, and teaching gives them the knowledge to help any size idea scale up and succeed.
