ABOUT:
Hi , I’m Catherine Rudat, a 25 year business owner in So Cal. I have expanded and created a South Orange County, CA Permitted Shared Food Facility.

If you are a small business owner and must work out of an Orange County permitted certified commercial kitchen, my kitchen is your solution!

Why? Because I DO NOT RENT BY THE HOUR! This is what sets my kitchen apart from the competition. I am only looking to fill my 6 station certified kitchen with small businesses who need health department permits in California.

This style of kitchen is quite possibly your solution! Why? Because you can work at anytime and at any hour of the day. You don’t want to pay hourly per prep table, or per week for dry or cold storage because that gets SO expensive and is not financially supportive to a small business. At my kitchen you will know your your hard cost so you can plan accordingly and focus on selling your products.

I am selective on who I accept as a tenant because all my tenants have some similarities in common that are important. I’m sharing this fact so you know upfront they are are high quality people with honest business practices. We work together on having a safe, functional, clean and productive atmosphere.

Kitchen:
Every station has at least a 5ft prep table and (2-4) 18”Dx48”W dry storage and
12”Dx36”W cold storage.

At a minimal additional cost, I do have more dry and cold (fridge) storage space available if needed, however, I’m full on freezer space. You are welcome to bring in your own cold storage if needed and we can discuss.

Reminder that the space is your very own 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Starting at $1500/month and includes both dry and cold storage, gas, water (alkaline water is available too), trash and electricity.

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT have anything available to accommodate a business who needs to use a oven or stove. The hood is already booked completely. If you do not need to cook with a hood i am a great solution!
