    The Gourmet Cowboy Kitchen is a custom designed, state of the art 5,000 square foot kitchen space. Originally an empty communications warehouse the kitchen buildout was completed in October of 2023. The vision of our mastermind Executive Chef, Kipper Dorn, the island style line allows you easy access to all equipment while the on-demand hood system takes the thinking out of "should I have the hood fan on or can it be off". With two large garage bay entry doors you can load equipment and food in and out easily. If you are thinking about renting commissary space look no further. Contact us to chat!
