We are a full-service catering company looking for a potential kitchen mate to share our bright kitchen space!
We are located in Gowanus close by to public transportation, blocks away from Whole foods.
We are open to discussion on various scenarios. A great fit for someone who makes a specific product with a fairly consistent schedule (part time or full time).
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to operate efficiently on a commercial level. Double convection oven, full cooking stove, 3 operating walk-ins, pots/pans/bowls/hotel pans/utensils, 1 hobart mixer, 3 sink wash sink, 2 sink vegetable sink , and smaller appliances such a robocoup and vitamix blender. Additionally, there is a large basement with sufficient storage and freezer space.
We are licensed under the NYC Department of Health so a NYC Food Handlers License is a must.
