Description

Pleasant, light-filled bakery kitchen at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park. The space is available on weekends and some weekdays. Overnights are possible as well. Our kitchen is suitable for bakers, photo shoots, and other events. We have: two sets of full-size double convection ovens; 20 qt commercial stand mixer; one 1800w induction burner; commercial dishwasher; reach-in refrigerator; plenty of worktables, sheet trays, bowls, etc. Please note there is no stovetop/range and we are a meat-free facility.
