In 2021 we purchased and renovated The Boomer House, a Victorian historic home in downtown Greeley that was built as the mayoral home of William M. Boomer from 1895. We installed a commercial kitchen and welcome food trucks, caterers, farmer's market/cottage food businesses, etc. to use our kitchen. It is a small kitchen, but it is very bright and tidy, and we have plenty of refrigerator and freezer space, prep areas and a commercial dishwasher, in addition to the requisite sinks. Available 24 hours daily. Cleaning required after use and we provide all the supplies.
Initial setup fee: $100 (Includes a background check, access to The Food Corridor site, assistance with health department for inspections.)
Price: $150 monthly, which includes two hours of kitchen use, and then $25/hour after that. We bill for the upcoming month based on actual usage, not scheduled. Maximum of $650/month, after which you have unlimited hours. Dry storage space and refrigerator and freezer storage is included.
