Our licensed and state-certified commercial kitchen is available for entrepreneurs to produce value-added food products that can be sold online and through retail and wholesale markets. Grow Benzie is a non-profit organization committed to small business initiatives that help our community, helping entrepreneurs get started or to expand their existing food businesses without the costly initial investment in equipment and facilities. This 1,500 sqft kitchen includes 24-hour access and locked pantry storage for ingredients and products. The kitchen is also certified by the Benzie County Health Department as an approved commissary for caterers and food trucks.
