Here at Gus’, we cater to the fast-growing craft food scene in northern Colorado. We provide a 3800-square-foot facility to support many talented food entrepreneurs from BBQ food trucks to good ole hot dogs. On top of a secure facility open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we also work to ensure a sense of community in the kitchen and take a great amount of pride in everyone’s success. Fee structure starts at $150 per month and hourly kitchen use is billed through The Food Corridor!
