Here at Gus’, we cater to the fast-growing craft food scene in northern Colorado. We provide a 3800-square-foot facility to support many talented food entrepreneurs from BBQ food trucks to good ole hot dogs. On top of a secure facility open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we also work to ensure a sense of community in the kitchen and take a great amount of pride in everyone’s success. Fee structure starts at $200 per month and hourly kitchen use is billed through The Food Corridor!

2020 Price sheet for Gus’ Commissary Kitchen

Day hours are: 6 am to 7 pm, Night hours are 7 pm to 6 am
Renter’s Activation fee is $350.00 one- time only. (You cannot use this towards rent at any time)
Monthly/Hourly fees are as follows:
There is a basic monthly fee of $200.00 plus which includes your first two (2) hours of kitchen use, as well as space for you to bring in an “approved by management dry storage rack on wheels”.
• Cooking – Day $30.00/hr.
• Cooking – Night $27.50/hr.
• Dish washing and Prep – Day $22.50/hr.
• Dish washing and Prep-Night $20.00/hr.
OR: Unlimited use of kitchen without Storage closet $675.00/mo.
With storage closet $775.00/mo.
Additional storage (Depends on Availability):
• 1 Door or 1 shelf in walk-in cooler and 1 shelf in freezer $75.00/mo.
• Each additional freezer shelf, cooler shelf or rack space $75.00/mo.
