We have multiple sites in Greater Hartford available for matchmaking with food businesses, and plans with the right hours to meet your needs. All kitchens are fully licensed, with ample prep tables and cutting surfaces, ranges and ovens, dishwashing and sanitation stations. Most have smallwares, limited dry and cold storage, and a variety of other equipment. Check individual listings for additional equipment like fryers, griddles, commercial mixers or food processors, and freezers. Monthly plans are flexible so that you can reserve time that fits your schedule and focus on refining recipes, hitting farmers markets, or growing wholesale orders instead of worrying about build-out costs and maintenance.

Pricing

We have plans to meet your needs:
Startup: $150/month for 5 hours/month, then $30/hour for additional time.
Growing: $540/month for 20 hours/month, then $27/hour
Maturing: $1,840/month 80 hours/month, then $23/hour
Food trucks & mobile vendors: $225/month including a year-round parking space and 5 hours/month, then $23/hour

To keep plans affordable for you, all dry and cold storage is added separately when you need it: $22 for a dry storage shelf, $33 for a cold storage shelf, and $38 for a freezer shelf.

Fee Amount

$100 application fee, which is applied to $400/year membership
