The Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm in Canton is a shared-use kitchen space at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm in Canton, NY. The facility is fully equipped with cookware and small wares as well as variety of specialized equipment.

The kitchen manager also offers 1-1 technical assistance to start up entrepreneurs as well as group programming via webinars and in person workshops.

Pricing

$16 per hour for entrepreneurs in their first year of rental. $20 per hour after 12 months. Rental includes use of smallwares , most equipment, and trash/recycling disposal. There is additional charge for use of blast chiller and monthly storage in dry goods, walk-in cooler or walk-in freezer.
