Healthy7 Commercial Kitchen & Food Business Incubator offers approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of licensed commercial production space in Scarborough, Toronto.

The kitchen is available 7 days a week from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including evening and overnight production. It is suitable for approved meal-prep businesses, caterers, bakers, frozen-food producers, packaged-food brands, specialty-food businesses and food startups.

The space includes a 16-ft commercial exhaust hood, 4-burner commercial range, 36-inch griddle, stock pot range, commercial induction cooker, double-stack convection oven, blast freezer, packaging area, grease trap, floor drain, loading door, Wi-Fi, washroom, security cameras and ample on-site parking.

Optional office 400 sq. and meeting or training spaces 600 sq. may be available for an additional fee.

Important policies: Long-term storage is not available. Limited temporary cooler space may be available subject to approval. The owner’s gas wok is not included. All renters must complete screening and meet applicable food-safety, insurance and operating requirements before access is approved.

Pricing

Kitchen rental rates start at $35 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.

The kitchen is available seven days a week from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Rates may vary depending on booking frequency, equipment use, cleaning requirements, and storage needs.
Evening, overnight, full-shift, and monthly packages are available.
