Description

We have 6 full time workstations available. Each workstation comes with at least 2 stainless steel tables plus 18x48 dry rack shelves, plus 1 24x48 cooler rack in walk-in cooler and 1 24x48 cooler rack in walk-in freezer, these are all exclusively for your use. Rent is from $3000/mo per workstation with 24/7 access and use of kitchen.

For casual use (drop in) subject to availability, $280 for the first 4 hours, then $60/hr for subsequent hour for the day, no storage is included. For part time use, up to 10 hours a week but must stick to fix schedule, rent $1000/month, up to 20 hours a week but must stick to fix schedule, rent $2000/month. No storage is included for casual and part time use. If you need, we provide one shelf each for dry, cooler and freezer, additional rent of $350/mo.

* We also have a cafe retail front, where you can sell your products if your product is great. We also rent out our cafe space.

If you want to bring your own equipment, please describe them, provide their dimensions, power ratings and requirements, etc.

Please note that this kitchen exhaust hood is not designed for grease laden cooking. If you need to fry or grill meat, you need to get your own airfryer or install a ventless hood.

Pricing

Full time with 24/7 access and exclusive use of 2-3 tables, rent from $3000/month.
We may accommodate part time usage subject to availability. We may also accommodate drop in casual use (subject to availability) at $280 for the first 4 hours, subsequent hours is $60/hour.
