Give your growing business room to create at Harley’s Treats USA in Mesa! Located near Greenfield Road and US-60, our family-, veteran- and minority-owned business is opening its production space to inquiries from bakers and small food businesses looking for hourly workspace.

We understand the work that goes into building a business—we started at farmers’ markets and grew into our own storefront and production facility. We’re excited to connect with fellow entrepreneurs who need space for their next production day without taking on a storefront of their own.

Our facility is actively used to make Harley’s handmade pet treats. Please disclose any food-production requirements, ingredient restrictions or allergen concerns when inquiring so we can assess compatibility. Scheduling, cleaning expectations, storage access and equipment-use procedures will be reviewed before booking.

Pricing

**Availability**
Our baking space is available daily from **6:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. the following morning**, by advance reservation.

**Hourly Rentals**
**$99 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.** A **$75 cleaning fee applies to every booked session**, making the minimum booking $273.

**Monthly Memberships**
For businesses seeking a consistent production schedule:

• **Starter — $750/month:** 20 kitchen hours
• **Growing Business — $1,400/month:** 40 kitchen hours
• **Established Business — $2,600/month:** 80 kitchen hours

Additional hours are $99 per hour, subject to availability. Monthly hours must be used within the billing month and do not roll over.

**A $75 cleaning fee applies to each booked session, including all membership bookings. Cleaning fees are separate from monthly membership prices.**

**Included Equipment & Workspace**
Access to our full baking area, including two ovens, two proofers, two commercial mixers, prep space, a planning whiteboard and designated shelving during your reservation.

**Optional Lockable Storage**
Dedicated lockable supply storage starts at **$100 per month** for businesses with an ongoing rental agreement, subject to availability. Storage is billed separately.

**Scheduling & Rental Terms**
Rates cover one business per booking, not individual participants. Our space accommodates **1–10 people**, depending on the activity and equipment needs. Please disclose your group size when requesting a reservation.

All bookings require advance confirmation. Setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved hours. Renters must remove their trash and personal items, wash equipment and utensils used, and leave work surfaces orderly. The cleaning fee does not replace these responsibilities.
