Hudson Kitchen builds community and fosters growth for budding and established entrepreneurs because we know food means business, and business drives transformation.

Our 8,000-square-foot facility boasts a shared kitchen, tons of storage space, including a 900-square-foot walk-in, coworking and event spaces, a multi-bay loading dock, and dedicated food truck parking. Members have access to our equipment, but they can also bring their own. We also provide our community with mentorship, networking events, workshops, and training through our Food Business Bootcamp.

Easily accessible from anywhere within the New York metropolitan area, Hudson Kitchen is less than 5 miles from Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, and the Lincoln/Holland Tunnels.

Pricing

We offer full-time and part-time monthly, flat-fee membership options. Kitchen Memberships start at $1800 per month (including 2 storage shelves), and Food Truck Memberships start at $950 per month (including dedicated parking, electricity, dishwashing access, water, and oil disposal only; no kitchen access).
