* Attractive rent with a minimum of 8 hours booking and a long-term membership, get up to 4 hours free for first timers.

* commercial large convection oven, electric kettle, grinders.
* work tables, baking pans, mixing bowls
* refrigerators and freezer
* three compartment sink, utensils. etc.


With the kitchen use if needed small office and storage space is also available in the same unit at additional cost.

Pricing

Membership Plan: Gives you kitchen access for a monthly membership fee with a set number of hours included. You can book additional hours as needed (with a minimum of 4 hour per session), our rates start around $30/hr. We can provide monthly or weekly or daily rates depending on length of desired use and duration of the contract. We are flexible and would love to make it a win/win.

Food Truck Membership: Includes access to all the necessary paperwork for licensing and services such as trash disposal, recycling disposal, grease and oil disposal, grey water dump and clean water fill-up. It also includes kitchen access on an hourly as need basis for food prep.
