This kitchen offers brand new, state of the art equipment and appliances with small wares, plenty of wooden or stainless-steel top prep tables, dry, cold, or freezer storage, office cubicle rentals, and Food Safety Manager level certification and re-certification classes for business licensing. Our kitchen manual and agreement provide the outline to maintain above standard cleanliness and management within the kitchen, and our scheduling program will maintain a very workable flow for equipment and space usage.
City Center Kitchen offers hourly, monthly and limited yearly plans. Applications are submitted and will determine if the client's needs and intended use can be met along with existing client schedules. Some schedule modifications may be necessary.
