JVK launched its collaborative restaurant concept in 2018 and pre-pandemic was a bustling rotating daily use popup hosting chefs, culinary industry types and occasional passion project users for lunch, dinner, and brunch services. Featuring an intimate fully stocked dining area for 36-40 and a compact efficient galley-style vintage kitchen it was the perfect stage for a variety of concepts.
Post-pandemic we have modified the model to attract longer-term (90-day minimum) operators.
Terms are negotiable and include use of all equipment, supplies, small wares, light trash, utilities, and access to the entire space.
Requirements are current food handlers certification, liability insurance, and a SF business license.
RENT IS NEGOTIABLE AND BASED ON USAGE.

JVK is located in a residential SOMA community between Market St and Howard surrounded by notable neighbors such as BAR AGRICOLE, CALIFORNIOS, CHORUS APARTMENTS, 1550 APARTMENTS and EQUINOX GYM.
